Under Armour and Curry Brand plans to explore the galaxy with Steph Curry's latest signature sneaker, the Under Armour Curry 12. Alongside the Gravity and Wardell Mode colorways, a third sneaker inspired by this outer space theme, dubbed Shooting Star, is also launching in the fall.
Almost inverting the Wardell Mode colorway, this Shooting Star pair has a white engineered mesh base for its upper. This white shade extends to the molded tongue and sockliner, while the lace set comes in a two-tone white and black finish. Reinforcements around the heel and the lateral toe take on a contrasting black shade. However, we get a break from the simple color scheme via the marbled 3D-molded TPU heel counter. Curry’s logo along the tongue continues the white and black theme as the logo itself is primarily cast in white and outlined in black. Underfoot, the sneaker’s UA Flow midsole comes in white, broken up by the marbled TPU insert, and the outsole below comes in white.
The Under Armour Curry 12 Shooting Star will release on November 22, 2024, through Under Armour and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $140.
