Known for their distressed denim and bespoke designs, WHO DECIDES WAR has been making waves in the industry with some of fashion's elite attending their runway shows yearly. Recently, Everard Best took to Instagram before the debut of his brands FW22 runaway show to unveil the WHO DECIDES WAR x Nike Air Force 1 in two different colorways.
Utilizing the brands design language of distressed denim, both pairs in this collaboration are covered in a patchwork of mixed colored denims, one dark and one light. On the darker pair, a deep navy denim covers the mudguard and eyelets while lighter blues take over the toebox, midfoot panel and heel portion. Embroidered all around the silhouette is the phrase “Who decides war?,” nodding to the brand's political name. Branding continues with the Nike Swoosh dressed in a light blue tan and tongue tag featuring WHO DECIDES WAR on a deep blue denim.
On the lighter colorway, a cream colored denim with distressed features covers the entire upper. Aside from the color difference, it appears from these first looks that the two pairs are identical. The same branding and white sole make an appearance.
Both colorways of the WHO DECIDES WAR x Nike Air Force 1 Low are set to release in 2022 through Nike, WHO DECIDES WAR and select retailers online and in-store. Sizing and retail is currently unknown.
