Fresh off the release of his second signature sneaker, the Jordan Zion 2, Zion Williamson has unveiled a limited edition Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG made in his image. Tying back to the old practice of voodoo which is still very prominent in New Orleans today, Zion honors the traditions found in the hometown of his Pelicans team.
The Zion Williamson x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG “Voodoo” comes in a flax, muslin, fauna brown, oil green, sesame, and moon fossil colorway. Similar in design to the Jordan Zion 2 “Voodoo,” these AJ 1 Lows feature mismatched multi-color panels on each sneaker, covered in premium suedes. An embroidered backwards mini Swoosh is found on the toecap, with upside down branding found via the tongue tag and back heel Wings logo. Must custom branding is found via the skull on the heels and insoles. Expect this pair to come in special packaging as well.
The Zion Williamson x Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG Voodoo is currently set to release on November 8th, 2022. It will drop at Nike, via the SNKRS app, and at select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both in-store and online. Coming in men’s sizing, retail is set at $170.
