James Harden’s ninth signature sneaker with adidas, the adidas Harden Vol. 9, may be his best yet. Since introducing the model in the Cyber Metallic colorway, the sneaker has appeared in various makeovers, including Red Metallic, Dynamo, Hell Cat, and even in a PE colorway for Jalen Williams Now, Sole Retriever can report that November 2025 will feature another silver colorway of the Harden Vol. 9.
A textured metallic silver leather covers most of the upper. This eye-catching finish is grounded by black hits on the mesh peeking through the three side stripes on the midfoot. Black shades continue onto the laces and the neoprene bootie construction, allowing the metallic panel to be the star of the show. Harden logos are reserved for the faux carbon fiber heel counter, debossed into the material. In contrast, adidas’ logo is cleverly integrated into the midfoot panel, as mentioned previously, with the slashed Three Stripe design.
Inside, the Harden Vol. 9 combines Lightstrike and Lightboost, providing zonal comfort where it is needed most. This cushioning setup is embedded in the icy flash aqua rubber outsole, partially wrapping up onto sidewall parts and hosting a black Three Stripes design on the heel.
The adidas Harden Vol. 9 Silver Aqua will release on November 11, 2025, through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $160.
