Although Germany is far from the natural habitat of leopards, adidas has taken a liking to the exotic animal print on various sneakers in the last few months. Spanning across heritage silhouettes like the Samba and Gazelle and modern sneakers like the Adizero Evo SL and Campus 00s, leopard print has once again found a home on a staple Three Stripes sneaker, this time on the Superstar.
Faux leopard fur takes center stage in this colorway, coming in a natural tan, brown, and black finish on the base layer and eyelets. Vibrant green accents contrast the natural tones and texture of the faux fur, appearing on the serrated leather Three Stripes at the midfoot and the smooth leather heel tab. Black details help ground the model on the shell toe, laces, and leather tongue.
Finishing touches on the upper include golden branding for adidas on the tongue tag, heel tab, and insole and tonal stitching details on each panel. The model is complete with a black rubber midsole and outsole.
The adidas Superstar Leopard Print W will release in August 2025 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Available in women’s sizing, the retail price has yet to be announced.
