We’ve come to know and love Crocs for their hit collaborations with almost every designer, movie franchise, TV show, or pop culture-related item, but they still produce some great inline products. Perhaps indicating a wider collection themed around various nations, images of a Mexico Crocs Classic Clog have found their way online.
This homage to Mexico is quite simple at first glance. The Croslite foam upper, footbed, and sports mode strap are rendered in solid black. Contrasting this are white hues on the sidewall, while the outsole is black. Simple, right? The added Jibbitz charms and subtle details tell a much deeper story of Mexican heritage. First, we can see the nation represented on the buttons holding the sports mode strap in place, featuring a geographical outline of the country’s borders.

Jibbitz charms added to the toebox all display familiar sights in the country. Al pastor tacos, arguably the best street taco, are honored through the stacked rotisserie spit. We also see more food-themed charms with green chile and a mug alongside concha, a Mexican pastry shaped like a turtle shell.
Vehicles like the microbús, also known as a pesero, and the VW Beetle are also added to the forefoot. Final charms include the long-toed cowboy boots, a depiction of a colorful pinata, and a cup-and-ball (referred to as balero in Mexico). Completing the homage to Mexico is the country’s name spelled out on the heel and the embossed ornate designs that harken back to traditional Mexican artwork.
The Crocs Classic Clog Mexico will release sometime in 2025 through Crocs and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $70.
