Sergio Lozano blessed the world thirty years ago with the Nike Air Max 95. Since its release three decades back, the Air Max model has become one of, if not the most recognizable designs from The Swoosh. Nike has cooked up many releases for the model's birthday, including the upcoming Green Gusto rendition.
While not an OG colorway like the Neon or Black Border, this new AM 95 diverges from the traditional gradient color palette on the midfoot paneling and replaces the suede with different materials. Instead, we see a mixture of ripstop nylon and smooth leather, with the middle leather overlay taking on a green gusto finish and the rest coming in summit white. More green gusto is located along the nylon lace loops, emerging from the black mesh netting surrounding the eyelets.

Tonal black shades take over the rest of the tongue and sockliner, while more green gusto makes its mark on the Air Max logo atop the tongue tag. Swoosh branding is black to match the Nike Air stamped on the 3M-laden heel panel. Final details include the leather T-toe overlay, white foam on the midsole, green gusto hits in the forefoot and heel Air units (the latter coming in big bubble form), and a black and green rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max 95 OG Green Gusto will release in Summer 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $180.
