Innovations within the Nike Air Max lineup come every year as The Swoosh celebrates and expands upon the cushioning technology that helped build the brand into the sportswear empire it is today. Last year was the introduction of the Dynamic Air unit, debuting in the Nike Air Max DN on Air Max Day 2024. To follow up on this silhouette and improve upon the cushioning of the DN, Nike is bringing forth the DN8 in early 2025. After looking at multiple colorways, including Hyper Pink, White, and Black Bright Crimson, the first official images of the model have appeared.
Taking on a clean and classic White Black color scheme, the sneaker features a multi-layered mesh upper that includes standard mesh and Nexkin mesh. The latter of the two meshes is located on the slash design along the midfoot, which comes in a gradient black-to-white color scheme. As for the rest of the upper, we see mesh, fused TPU, and suede, all coated in a stark white hue.

Returning to the heel, we see a black molded TPU heel counter hosting a Tuned Air unit on the spine and a metallic Swoosh on the lateral collar. Further black details are placed on the Swoosh along the vamp and the Air Max branding atop the tongue. Finishing the sneaker is the white foam midsole that contains two four-chamber Dynamic Air units, one in the heel and the other in the forefoot, paired with a black rubber outsole.
The Nike Air Max DN8 White Black will release in Spring 2025 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $190.
