Nike has been searching for its next innovative hit in the sneaker market, and the Pegasus Premium might just be it. Since launching in the Airscape colorway, the performance runner, which also leans into the lifestyle realm, subsequent pairs like the White Volt and Black Metallic Silver have instantly sold out. Now, joining upcoming pairs like the Ghost Persian Violet and Atmosphere is a Hyper Pink iteration.
Much more vibrant in its pink use than the Atmosphere colorway's lighter tones, this Peg Premium coats the entire sneaker in a single shade of hyper pink. This includes the circular knit base, the fused TPU panel separating the upper's top and bottom half, the sockliner mesh, and the neoprene tongue. Pops of black accent on the Swoosh on the midfoot and the Nike Pegasus Premium text atop the tongue.
More branding is found in a small metallic silver Swoosh on the vamp and barely volt coordinates on the medial eyestays, leading you to the first-ever Blue Ribbon Sports retail storefront in Santa Monica, California. Finishing the upper is the split Zoom Air text on the left and right medial midfoot and the mini tag on the heel featuring a pegasus wing. Down below, the silhouette combines a full-length ZoomX foam with a molded full-length Zoom Air unit and a hit of ReactX foam in the heel, combining this with a black and hyper pink grippy outsole.
The Nike Pegasus Premium Hyper Pink will release on April 17, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $210.
