Sabrina Ionescu may not have been the first woman to get a signature sneaker, but she most definitely has the most popular. Her series of performance basketball shoes with Nike has transcended the WNBA to become staples on NCAA and NBA floors. As we approach the start of the next WNBA season and the end of the lifecycle of the Sabrina 2, the first images of the Nike Sabrina 3 have appeared online.
In this video, which, more than likely, should not have found its way online, we see what appears to be Sabrina herself wearing the Blueprint colorway of the Sabrina 3. Inspiration for the pair comes from how Ionescu is one of the most fundamentally sound players in basketball and how she has become the hooper’s blueprint. As for its design, the Sabrina 3 follows in the footsteps of the Sabrina 2, introducing minor incremental improvements to the sneaker instead of a radical change in design language.

The same Nike Kobe-esque low-top design remains, along with other details like the midfoot cabling system, lowercase “i” on the heel, and vertical Swoosh on the medial profile. Upgrades to the materials and construction will likely help performance on the court, though, at this time, there are no tech specs to report on. Previous models incorporated Zoom Air and Cushlon foam.
The Nike Sabrina 3 Blueprint W will release on July 10, 2025, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in adults and GS sizing, the retail price is $130 and $100.
