This fall is jam-packed full of heat coming from Nike and Jordan Brand as we’re all awaiting the release of the “Lost And Found” Jordan 1, Chicago Jordan 2, and a slew of collaborations from A Ma Maniere which includes two Jordan 12s and an Air Jordan 4. Well, it seems another release between The Whitaker Group’s storefront and Jordan Brand is on the way as the boutique took to Instagram to tease us about their upcoming Nike Air Ship collaboration.
Shortly after this teaser was posted, Twitter user Glencocolaflare posted early photos after she was sent a pair by A Ma Maniere themselves that show us a simple white and game royal makeup across an all-leather upper. Typical details found on the often forgotten silhouette remain with tonal stitching details covering the overlays and underlay. For the majority of the upper, the aforementioned white leather is present while game royal shades land on the Nike Swoosh, collar, tongue tag, and heel tab. One of the only visible details denoting this collaboration comes from the tongue tag which gets “A Ma Maniere” embroidered just below the typical Nike Air. On the reverse, you’ll notice that the pair comes numbered with only 2,300 pairs being produced for this special release that will help kick start the Air Ship’s proper return. Rounding out the look is the white midsole paired with a game royal rubber outsole.
To coincide with the release, an apparel capsule in a matching color scheme will launch alongside the Air Ships, including a French Terry Hoodie, Short, and Sweatpants set as well as a pair of shorts and long sleeve tees.
The A Ma Maniere x Jordan Air Ship Game Royal is set to release on August 26th exclusively through A Ma Maniere online. In addition to this online drop, an in-store raffle at all TWG locations is set for August 22nd through August 24th. They will drop in unisex sizes with a price tag set at $140. Keep it locked to our Twitter and the Sole Retriever mobile app for more updates on this ultra-limited Air Ship collaboration and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
