Damian Lillard and adidas just introduced the world to the adidas Dame 9, the latest signature sneaker from the NBA superstar. While the first two launch colorways collaborated with BAPE, one in Green Camo and the other in Red, the first inline rendition will be launch, September 13, in Purple Burst. Following this, the Dame 9 will undergo a Solar Red makeover.
Containing a breathable inner Lycra neoprene bootie in black, which helps provide a snug and secure fit, the upper features a large solar red synthetic leather panel that wraps across the design. Mini Three Stripes are near the toe, while the midfoot has three adidas logo cutouts. Moving up towards the tongue, we see black laces and a black mesh present alongside a lucid lime Dame logo. Inside the solar red midsole sits a Lightsddtrike cushioning setup alongside a full-length torsion bar. Pairing this with the tonal solar red outsole with a multi-directional pattern gives you one of adidas’ most advanced signature models to date.
The adidas Dame 9 Solar Red will release on October 10, 2024, through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
