The NBA is in a clear transition period in terms of talent. While this affects the league as a whole, it also plays a role for sportswear brands like Nike and adidas who are currently on the search for the next generation of talent to represent their respective brands. With the recent news of Nike signing upcoming players like Bronny James or the 2022 NBA Draft’s #1 pick Paolo Banchero, it seems The Three Stripes is looking for more talent as well as news broke courtesy of Nick DePaula that Nassir Little of the Portland Blazers just signed to the German sportswear giant.
In his three-year career, Nassir has proven to be a solid talent for the Trailblazer and likely will continue to grow his presence on and off the court now that he has secured a footwear and apparel endorsement deal with The Three Stripes. Other players on Portland’s roster that are signed to adidas Basketball include Jerami Grant and Damian Lillard, the latter of which has his own signature silhouette, the adidas Dame 8.
While it's far too early to tell whether or not Nassir Little will get a signature silhouette, expect to see him lace-up kicks adorned in Three Stripes branding for the foreseeable future.
