If you didn't manage to secure the adidas Top Ten 2010 "Black White" back in the day, then you're in luck, as the German sportswear brand is officially bringing it back this year in one of its OG color combinations. Famously worn by then-rookie Kobe Bryant and Antoine Walker, it took adi's Feet You Wear line to futuristic new dimensions. To find out everything that we know so far, keep it locked right here.
Originally unveiled during the 1996-1997 NBA season, the Top Ten 2010 works on top of a slick black mesh base and is paired with a tumbled leather panel which wraps around the shoe's mudguard section. Thick Three Stripe ribbons shoot across the laterals and medials to form the lacing system, and adidas' original logo is finely stitched across the tongue tag and toe area. Shifting your focus around the back, you'll find the world-renowned Feet You Wear logo, hinting at the cushioning technology used within the zig-zag-shaped EVA midsole underfoot.
On top of this black pair, a Lakers-themed colorway and a "White Black" have been added to the release calendar. Both of these pairs follow the same construction as the black-based colorway.
The adidas Top Ten 2010 Black White, White Black, and Lakers will be available in men's sizes via adidas, the CONFIRMED app, and select online and in-store retailers worldwide, for a retail price of $150.
