For such a quiet year musically, Ye has continued to stay in the headlines throughout 2022, whether that be due to controversy surrounding his relationship or his distaste for The Three Stripes and Yeezy Day. Through this line, we’ve seen a diminishing number of new 350 V2 colorways, though restocks have been commonplace on prior colorways. You can add another to that list with news that the adidas Yeezy 350 V2 Flax is making a return.
Originally released as an APAC exclusive in 2020, the silhouette remains standard to 350s of the time with a greenish-yellow hue covering the static-patterned Primeknit upper. Running along the lateral side is the transparent TPU stripe, taking on a tonal shade similar to the rest of the upper. Laces also borrow this hue, though once you make your way to the heel you’ll find a more vibrant hit of color thanks to the fan-favorite heel tab. Underfoot, the semi-translucent rubber midsole in a tonal shade matching the upper gets paired with a similarly colored rubber outsole, both of which encase the full-length Boost cushioning system within.
The adidas Yeezy 350 V2 Flax is set to release on September 30th, 2022 through adidas Confirmed, adidas.com/yeezy, Yeezy Supply, and select Yeezy retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $230. To stay up-to-date on the latest adidas Yeezy releases, check out our Yeezy Release Calendar.
