Made exclusively for the ladies, we've seen some pretty clean colorways get announced including the "Titanium" and the "Varsity Red," and now, we're taking our very first look at the Air Jordan 1 Elevate High "Team Gold Dark Smoke Grey." Literally elevating Michael Jordan's flagship silhouette to the next level, here's everything that we know so far.
Arriving in a classically colorblocked palette, this Air Jordan 1 features a full leather construction that's smooth and supple to the touch. Working on top of a crisp sail base, the ankle and heel are both dipped in team gold hues, while the lacing system and toebox opt for a dark smoke grey combination. A complementary Swoosh shoots through the lateral and medial side panels, and that's basically all the branding that you'll see on this sneaker. Considering how bold this particular model is, it's surprising that Nike has decided to forgo the usual logos. In fact, you'll only see the outline of the iconic winged basketball here, resulting in a simple yet striking look that's sure to turn heads.
The Air Jordan 1 Elevate High Team Gold Dark Smoke Grey W is set to release in August 2023. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, both online and in-store.
