If you love the Air Jordan 1 but don't think it's the most comfortable sneaker, Jordan Brand has you covered. In 2019, the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT was released. This new take on the classic AJ 1 featured upgrades such as full-length Zoom Air, extra padding, and a deconstructed design. Fast forward a few years to 2020, and Jordan Brand released a follow-up, the Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2. This took the comfort to another level with the addition of Formula 23 foam. As we look forward to 2024, JB will continue to release new colorways of this upgraded AJ 1, including a women's exclusive Yellow Ochre.
The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2 Yellow Ochre plays into the Yellow Ochre theme that Jordan Brand will use throughout its Spring 2024 collection. The multi-material upper is dressed in shades of yellow, such as yellow ochre and tour yellow. Pale Vanilla on the toe and side panels helps to break up the yellow theme with a subtle touch.
Adding to the nude theme is a sail-colored tongue and laces. A pop of color is seen via safety orange hits found on the tongue tag, insoles, Wings logo on the ankle, and Formula 23 cushioning on the bottom of the outsole. A classic white midsole sits atop a gum rubber outsole to complete the look.
The Air Jordan 1 High Zoom CMFT 2 Yellow Ochre W will release in March 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in women's sizing, retail is set at $150. Keep up with the latest on this release and more in the sneaker world by downloading the Sole Retriever mobile app.
