It looks like it's going to be a pretty major year for Michael Jordan's low-top flagship. With coveted collaborations from the likes of Travis Scott and Union LA on the horizon, we're now checking out another colorway that's sure to make it to plenty of sneakerheads' rotations this year with the Air Jordan 1 Low "Sky J Purple Sky J Light Purple." Bearing a striking resemblance to the legendary Air Jordan 1 High OG "Court Purple" from 2020, if you want a pair then keep reading to find out everything that we know.
Arriving in an all-leather construction that's smooth and supple to the touch, this Air Jordan 1 Low works on top of a crisp white base and is overlaid by deep purple panels across the toe, heel, lacing system, and Swoosh. Around the ankle you'll find a lighter shade of purple which adds a complementary contrast to the sneaker, and of course, you can't talk about this shoe without mentioning the Jumpman and winged basketball logos that give it that unmistakable Jordan Brand aesthetic. All of this sits on top of a clean Nike Air midsole that's as comfortable as it gets.
As mentioned, the Air Jordan 1 Low Sky J Purple Sky J Light Purple will release on July 20, 2023. It will be available in men's sizes at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select Jordan retailers for $110.
