Elephant Print is synonymous with the Air Jordan 3, and rightfully so. However, that has not stopped Jordan Brand from using the print on various models over the past 30+ years. One silhouette that has featured the classic print over and over again is the Air Jordan 1. With its popularity still as high as ever, JB is bringing “Elephant Print” to the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG in 2023.
Made to pay homage to the Air Jordan 3 as it celebrates its 35th Anniversary, this AJ 1 High comes in a tech grey, muslin, black, and white colorway. Similar in colorblocking to the AJ 1 High “Black Cement” that was released in 2016, this pair replaces the black with white. Elephant print overlays are paired with white leather underlays. Black accents are found via the Swoosh on the sides, “Wings” logo, collar, lining, tongue tag, and laces. Finishing this pair off is a cement grey colored outsole.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Elephant Print is set to release on May 6th, 2023. It will drop at Nike as well as select Jordan Brand retailers worldwide, in-store and online. Coming in men's and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $180 for men.
