Jordan Brand is looking to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of Michael Jordan's time with the Birmingham Barons in 2024. While his pursuit of a professional baseball career was short-lived, it is still a significant part of MJ's history. With an Air Jordan 1 Retro Low OG already on the way, an Air Jordan 12 Retro will also get the Barons treatment for Fall 2024.
The Air Jordan 12 Retro Barons is another Heritage Twist edition. This pair comes in black, wolf grey, and white, a new take on the classic Playoff colorway. A black-based leather upper is highlighted by wolf grey accents on the mudguard, midsole, and outsole. Minor hits of white can be seen via the branding throughout.
The Air Jordan 12 Retro Barons will release on September 28, 2024, through Nike, SNKRS, and select retailers online and in-store. Available in full-family sizing, the retail price is set at $200 (men), $150 (GS), $90 (PS), and $75 (TD).
