At first glance, one would think this is a Carmelo Anthony edition of the Air Jordan 12 Retro. The resemblance to one of his early PE’s during his days with the Denver Nuggets is uncanny. However, there are some differences between Melo’s pair and this upcoming AJ 12. The main difference is the custom graphics, inspired by old school video games.
Coming in white, university blue, lemon venom, and vivid sulfur, this kids exclusive Air Jordan 12 Retro features traditional colorblocking. A white leather base is paired with university blue, making people with big feet a little jealous they can’t fit into a pair. The key element is the 8-bit graphics that adorn the lining as well as the heel. Designs made up of old school logos such as hearts, trophies, diamonds, grapes, and whistles can be seen.
