Jordan Brand plans to celebrate big time in 2025 with the 40th Anniversary of Michael Jordan’s prestigious sneaker lineup. One model lacking releases over the last few years is the Jordan 9, which recently returned in OG Powder Blue and is expected to return in Cool Grey in 2025. Alongside these regular releases, the model has returned in its golf variant, with the latest version of the Air Jordan 9 Golf coming in a White Linen color scheme.
Like the Jordan 9 BIN and Jordan 10 Linen colorways, the pair has a linen-shaded suede mudguard running from the toe back to the heel tab. Above this mudguard sits a primarily white upper, retaining the OG detailing of the AJ 9, like the stitched paneling and plastic eyelets. Pops of light armory blue appear on the Air Jordan tag along the tongue and on the globe logo on the heel. Further branding includes a white “23” embroidered below the heel tab and the Jordan Golf logo on the blue insole. The foam midsole from the Air Jordan 9 remains, taking on a linen shade matching the suede above. While the cushioning remains the same, the outsole gets a golf-ready makeover featuring removable spikes that help keep grip on the green.
The Air Jordan 9 Golf White Linen releases in Holiday 2024 through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $230.
