The Air Jordan 9 is celebrating its 30th Anniversary in 2024. As a part of this milestone, Jordan Brand released the coveted Powder Blue AJ 9 in March, along with numerous iterations of the AJ 9 Golf. The golf version of the Air Jordan 9 has been popular, especially in its low-cut form. After blessing Michael Jordan's alma mater, the University of North Carolina, with a PE edition of the AJ 9 Golf, a similar pair is set to release at retail.
The Air Jordan 9 Golf White University Blue is almost identical to the UNC PE. Coming in white and university blue, smooth white genuine leather adorns most of the waterproof upper, accented by a textured mudguard. University Blue accents are on the sockliner, insoles, and the tongue tag and back heel branding. The full-length foam midsole comes dressed in university blue and sits atop a white solid rubber golf spiked outsole.
The Air Jordan 9 Golf White University Blue is set to release on August 12, 2024, at Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men's sizing, retail is set at $230.
