With the rainier months coming up just around the corner, and wander and Salomon have just united for a collection that professional mountaineers and gorpcore lovers are both going to appreciate. Taking on two of the French footwear brand’s most iconic silhouettes, the XT-6 and Odyssey are set to take Fall/Winter 2022 by storm.
and wander has been making big waves this year. Founded in 2011 by Keita Ikeuchi and Mihoko Mori, who worked closely with the late great Issey Miyake before his passing this year, the Japanese label is no stranger when it comes to creating fashion for the mountains. The XT-6 opts for a bright orange palette that’s borrowed from SS22's "Apricot Buff" line, while the Odyssey arrives in a much more understated black and green combination. Both models feature Quicklace lacing systems, chunky Contragrip soles, all on top of dual-density EVA for extra comfort with every trek.
The and wander x Salomon XT-6 and Odyssey are releasing in September 2022 in men’s sizes with a retail price still TBA.
