The ANTA Kai 1 Garden State features a breathable mesh upper with eco-inspired detailing, offering style and comfort. The sneaker’s jade hues and eco-inspired greens represent tranquility, style, and grounding energy, with print along the toe and midfoot resembling tree leaves. The color palette symbolizes Irving’s deep connection to his roots and the natural beauty of New Jersey’s green landscapes. More nods to nature are found via the lockdown straps, which feature a plant-like texture. The midsole is designed with responsive Nitrogen cushioning for optimal court performance, while the durable rubber outsole ensures superior traction, both of which come in a tonal jade hue.
The ANTA Kai 1 Garden State will release on July 20, 2024, through ANTA, Sneaker Politics, Extra Butter, Nice Kicks, Sneaker Room, and KICKS CREW.
