atmos Tokyo, renowned for its creative flair and unique collaborations, has teamed up again with adidas to deliver a fresh take on the iconic Samba silhouette. This partnership follows a series of successful projects, including the Gazelle 85 Patchwork, adidas Predator Mundial, Adistar Cushion, and the upcoming ZX8000 release.
atmos’ take on the adidas Samba features a refined upper crafted from premium Italian leather, combining smooth and patent finishes for a sophisticated look that draws inspiration from tuxedos. The sneaker boasts a striking black and metallic silver color scheme, with the T-toe overlay, tongue, Three Stripes, and heel tab all dressed in metallic silver. The black patent leather base adds a polished, dress shoe-like appeal to the classic Samba silhouette. Inside, the sneaker includes co-branded details from atmos and adidas, reinforcing the collaboration's exclusive nature. The design is completed with a black rubber midsole and outsole, providing a cohesive finish to this elegant model.
The atmos x adidas Samba Tuxedo was released on September 13, 2024, through adidas Con by atmos. An online release will follow via atmos Tokyo on October 25, 2024.
