New Colorways of Bad Bunny's adidas Ballerina Release April 2025
Updated on •Published
Fresh off the release of his latest album, DeBÍ TiRAR MáS FOToS, Bad Bunny wants to expand his footwear offerings with adidas. The Puerto Rican superstar dug into the archives of The Three Stripes for his previously released collab, combining the SL 72 model with Adizero tooling, and is looking back in the archives for his latest work. Reworking 2019’s adidas Taekwondo, Benito and adidas are introducing a Ballerina sneaker.
Seen in three color palettes, one in Off White, the other in Core Black, and a third in Bold Gold, the pair resembles the aforementioned adidas Taekwondo from 2019, a lace-less slip-on low-top silhouette. However, Benito adds ballerina-inspired design details, like the satin paneling on the base layer, to help create an all-new sneaker. Suede panels add textural contrast to the upper and come located on the toe and heel.

As for branding, the iconic Three Stripes design starts on the midfoot and wraps underneath the sole unit back to the medial side. On the lateral side, Benito text is applied next to the Three Stripes, while the heel tab hosts a feature found on the Bad Bunny x adidas Gazelle Indoor — the size tag. Other details include a lace lock lacing setup, blue stitching details across the tongue, and a segmented rubber outsole.
The Bad Bunny x adidas Ballerina in Off White, Core Black, and Bold Gold will release in Spring 2025 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. The debut colorway, Bold Gold, releases on March 29. Following tihs, the Off White and Core Black pairs will release on April 12. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $120.
