In the past, BAIT has teamed up on various adidas silhouettes to honor popular Japanese manga and anime including Cowboy Bebop and One Piece. With the ever-popular Attack On Titan nearing the series finale, BAIT is looking to the adidas UltraBoost to honor one of the series biggest antagonists, the Colossal Titan.
The main inspiration for this two-tone red and white colorway is the exposed skeleton and muscles the Colossal Titan is depicted as. Shades of blood cover the primeknit all around with hits of white making it onto the Three Stripes, laces, and piping around the mudguard and plastic heel overlay. Placed on the insole is a graphic depicting Eren Yeager fighting the Colossal Titan as well as the antagonist himself on the left and right pair respectively. Down on the blood red Boost midsole, white shapes resemble the exposed bones seen on the sixty-meter tall Colossal Titan while the outsole comes complete in bone white.
The BAIT x Attack On Titan x adidas UltraBoost is set to release on April 9th, 2022 exclusively through a raffle on baitme.com. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $220.
