The BAPE x Crocs Classic Clog Black is Exclusive to Friends and Family
Published
While Crocs is used to going viral for its collaborative efforts that span the entire entertainment and fashion industries, they’re experiencing even more hype thanks to its project with BAPE on the Classic Clog. The three-pack of BAPE ABC Camo-adorned Classic Clogs have been one of the hottest things in the sneaker community over the last week, with the BAPE drop last week selling out instantly and long lines appearing outside of BAPE stores worldwide. Even more elusive than the pink, green, and blue colorways is a black variant exclusive to friends and family of both brands.
We first caught a glimpse at this black colorway thanks to Steven Smith, the legendary footwear designer who is currently Crocs’ Head of Creative Innovation. Still, these detailed images come from Cesar Idrobo, another former Yeezy employee who currently holds the position of Senior Manager Creative Innovation at Crocs. The pair follows the same design motifs as the other three, covering the blacked-out clog in a tonal black and grey ABC Camo.

Custom Jibbitz includes Baby Milo, an APE head, BAPE’s iconic shark design, a tiger, and the phrase “APE Shall Never Kill APE.” The camo pattern extends onto the nylon portions of the adjustable sports mode strap, which is attached via metallic buckles. Finishing the design are the co-branded details on the footbed and heel and the tonal black foam midsole and outsole.
The BAPE x Crocs Classic Clog Black will not release to the public, instead, it will remain a friends-and-family exclusive to those close to BAPE and Crocs.
