Boston-based retailer Bodega is still celebrating its 15th Anniversary over a year after the event has passed, likely in part due to the logistical nightmares the entire industry has faced since 2020. Collabs from New Balance, Reebok, and Hoka have graciously celebrated this milestone, though their latest collaboration is coming via Salomon, the hiking-ready brand that continues to make waves within the sneaker world. Coming to us soon is the Bodega x Salomon X-Mission 4 Suede "Full Bleed".
Coming dressed in suede throughout the overlays, the nylon ripstop base is dressed in a tie-dye that mimics a stormy sky with its shades of black and grey throughout that will be 1/1 for each pair. Suede panels throughout continue this dark trend, though the tongue brightens up the silhouette with its vibrant yellow and pink mesh alongside the Salomon and Bodega co-branding. The color continues back on the heel tab with an aqua blue suede overlay hosting an "S" embossed in pink. More branding details can be found on the toebox with Bodega embossed while Salomon appears solo near the collar in yellow. Underfoot, a black midsole is paired with a black rubber outsole that features a pink hit back on the heel.
The Bodega x Salomon X-Mission 4 Suede Full Bleed is slated to release on July 29th, 2022 through Bodega, Salomon, and possibly select retailers online and in-store for $160.
