Cactus Plant Flea Market Will Launch Three Nike Swamp Sponge Dunks in Fall 2025
PublishedCynthia Lu has long impacted the fashion scene, starting as an assistant to the legendary Pharrell Williams and eventually her brand, Cactus Plant Flea Market. Co-signs from her former boss and other figures in the hip-hop, fashion, and streetwear scenes grew the brand’s recognition, but the collaboration with Nike on the VaporMax in 2019 put the brand on the map for sneakerheads.
Following this, the duo worked on various Nike products, including two Swarovski-covered Dunk Lows, the Overgrown Flea 1, the CPFM Air Flea 2, and most recently, new colorways of the AF1. Now, CPFM is working on a new silhouette in Fall 2025 dubbed the Swamp Sponge Dunk.
While no images of this new CPFM silhouette have appeared, we can confirm that this sneaker will have three different colorways. One takes on a tonal Sequoia finish, another mixes photo blue, digital pink, and sequoia, and the last one combines psychic purple, photo blue, and gold suede. We should expect an avant-garde design that defies the typical Nike design language as CPFM’s previous two Nike models, the unreleased Flea 1, Flea 1 Overgrown, and Flea 2; all turn heads with their wild design details.
Previously, CPFM worked with Nike on a Nike By You Blazer Mid called Sponge By You, featuring a mixture of spongy and natural materials that one could choose from. With this new Dunk model bearing the same sponge moniker, the spongy material found on the Blazer Mid will likely appear here.
The CPFM x Nike Swamp Sponge Dunk Collection will release in Fall 2025 through CPFM and Nike SNKRS online. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is $150. Download the Sole Retriever mobile app to stay updated on the latest releases, raffles, news, and more in the sneaker and streetwear world.
