While the expansive capsule is anticipated to be released in 2024, this three-way collaboration between CLOT, Neighborhood, and adidas graces us earlier, revealing a revamped adidas Superstar.
Diving into the aesthetics of the CLOT x Neighborhood x adidas Superstar, the teams endow the sneaker with a plush black suede that impeccably drapes the toe box while simultaneously honoring the iconic rubber shell toe cap by artfully dissecting and repositioning it. This meticulous detail not only maintains but enhances the original sneaker’s persona, marrying the old with the new. Distressed detailing caresses the toe cap, rendering a nostalgically vintage finish, while a subtle black mesh replaces the conventional leather upper, providing a contrastingly modern vibe. The classic Three Stripes are masterfully stitched into the mesh with a zig-zag pattern, enhancing the minimalist aura, and atop the black suede heels, Neighborhood and CLOT branding carve their identities crisply in white, affirming the marriage of these monumental streetwear titans.
