Most popular in the sneaker world for its Hydro Moc, Merrell has forever been a brand focused on tackling the great outdoors as its lineup of offerings is usually ready to hit the trails running. Aiding the American-based footwear manufacturer, the Montreal-based skate brand Dime is bringing monochromatic colors to a two-pack of Merrell 1TRL Moab colorways.
The same outdoor-ready design the Merrell 1TRL Moab is known for remains with its suede and mesh upper coming covered in a monochromatic tone between the “Purple” and “White” colorways. Various panels wrap around the upper to give the sneaker reinforcement and even comes waterproof as denoted by the “Waterproof” tag near the topmost eyestay. Dime makes an appearance on the sneaker through the accenting orange pull-tab on the heel and through its name debossed on the lateral mudguard, however, our final hits of accenting color come in the form of the piping around the suede and via the heel overlay’s black (purple colorway) and grey (white colorway) finish. Rounding out the look is the lugged Vibram sole unit that comes in white on the white pair and black on the purple rendition.
The Dime x Merrell 1TRL Moab Pack is set to release on January 14th, 2023 through Dime, while Merrell and select retailers online and in-store will drop the pack on January 18th, 2023. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $130.
