The Naruto x Converse Chuck Taylor Collection Releases April 2025

Anime and sneakers have been tightly linked for decades, not only through the fanbases that overlap heavily but also through collaborations and anime-inspired colorways. Of course, official collaborations drum up the most hype, and once again, Naruto is in the spotlight. Following the franchise’s Crocs and Asics collaborations, Naruto is going back to Nike Inc., this time to work with Converse on multiple Chuck Taylors.
Nike Inc. has worked with the franchise in the past when Zion Williamson’s Zion 1, Zion 2, and Air Jordan 37 PE brought the anime to life, but this now marks the first time Converse is working with the famed anime. The debut collaboration features three different colorways on the Chuck Taylor, one inspired by Sasuke, another by Naruto himself, and finally Gaara. Outside of the color palettes directly referencing the characters themselves, the lateral collar features a patch that connects to each: Sasuke with his mistudomoe, Naruto with the Rikudo seal, and Gaara with the kanji symbol for love, which is tattooed on his forehead.

Other added details include a 3D metallic star logo on the medial Converse All-Star patch, a weathered Converse All-Star license plate on the heel of the sole unit, and some colorway-specific changes. Sasuke’s pair opts to add his purple rope onto the lacing set, while the symbol plastered on Gaara’s gourd is found on the sole unit of his colorway.
The Naruto x Converse Chuck Taylor Collection will release on April 15, 2025, through Feature. However, Converse and other retailers have not posted release information, so expect a global launch in the coming weeks. Available in men’s and GS sizing, the retail price is set at $80 (men) and $60 (GS).
