The Duke Blue Devils Get More Nike Kobe 9 EM Low Protro PEs for March Madness

Earlier in the month, Duke’s women’s basketball squad took to social media to showcase their latest exclusive Nike sneaker, a Nike Kobe 9 EM Low Protro, with the men’s team now following up with a complete look at the school’s Kobe 9 EM Low Protro PE collection. Alongside Duke’s collection, the Oregon Ducks shared images of their Kobe 9 PEs.
Alongside the pair already previewed by the ladies, which comes primarily clad in white hues, blue and black colorways join the lineup. All three pairs feature Kobe branding on the tongue of the right shoe and Duke’s D logo on the left and feature the school’s colors throughout. The cable system below the engineered mesh base comes in a contrasting shade on all the pairs, while the sockliner, Swoosh, and midsole also continue to add contrast.
More Kobe branding is found on the lateral heel of the midsole, where his signature is debossed. Final details on the upper include the dash pattern embroidered on the heel and fused TPU reinforcements on the toe. A speckled finish on the midsole, featuring hits of accenting colors on the heel and midfoot of the midsole, alongside the contrasting outsole, complements the look.
