Canadian design studio JJJJound is teaming up with Vans for another collaboration. Founded by Justin Saunders, JJJJound has garnered a reputation for its meticulous attention to detail and minimalist aesthetic. Adding to its repertoire, the latest collaboration with Vans promises a clean approach to the classic Sk8-Mid, Authentic, and Slip-On.
JJJJound's minimalistic aesthetic is apparent as all three sneakers come dressed in cream and white hues. The Vans Sk8-Mid utilizes suede panels in a tasteful tan hue on the toe box, eyestays, tongue, and Jazz Stripe. A stark white canvas covers the rest of this pair and the entire upper for both the Authentic and Slip-On. Underfoot, a cream-colored vulcanized rubber midsole and outsole complete the design.
The JJJJound x Vans Collection will release July 20 exclusively through JJJJound and on July 28 through Vans and select retailers online and in-store. The retail price has yet to be announced.
