Jayson Tatum’s 2024 has been filled with major achievements. From earning his first NBA Finals ring to standing atop the podium in the Olympics alongside the rest of Team USA, Tatum achieved all this while sporting his signature sneaker with Jordan Brand. This year marked the introduction of his second sneaker, the Tatum 2, but Jordan hasn’t given the sneaker much room to breathe. Only around six months have passed since the official release of the first colorway, Momma’s Boy, and we have already seen images of the Tatum 3, with the pair debuting in October. After detailed looks at the Floral pair, the first official look at the Tatum 3 emerged with the Jordan Tatum 3 Zero Days Off colorway.
Featuring a mixture of ripstop nylon, mesh, suede, and textiles, the upper comes in a wavy, paneled design separated by textile embroidery. Varying seafoam hues grace portions of the toe, tongue, and midfoot, while apricot agate and arctic orange hues separate each spruce aura-colored panel. These same shades cover the Jumpman logo on the lateral toe and the JT logo atop the tongue. Inside the sneaker, we see where the title comes from, with 10K Hrs written, a nod to the amount of time it takes to master a craft.
Inspirational details continue on the heel tab, and two phrases, Do The Work and Never Settle, are featured. Underfoot, the sneaker has an all-new midsole, removing the large zonal pod system for two smaller pods on the midfoot. Exactly how the cushioning is set up remains a mystery, though we do know, based on the branding on the outsole, that Zoom Air and Cushlon 3.0 are featured.
The Jordan Tatum 3 Zero Days Off releases on October 17, 2024, through Nike and select Jordan Brand retailers online and in-store. Available in men’s and gradeschool sizing, retail is set at $125 and $90, respectively.
