atmos has been spearheading collaborations for over two decades, working with what seems like every brand under the sun up to this point. Staying native to their Japanese roots, atmos is teaming up with J.S.B., a Japanese retailer that derives its style thanks to the popular 90s J-Pop group the Japanese Soul Brothers. The duo are paying homage to this era of fashion and the group through one of the most iconic 90s silhouettes, the Reebok Instapump Fury.
Dressing the silhouette is a mix of leather, suede, and neoprene donning an all-over black look. Branding details make their mark in white with Reebok and The Pump branding being featured on the tongue itself and J.S.B. seen on the pull-tab atop this tongue. Back on the heel, J.S.B. embroidery in white pierces off the black suede. atmos finally makes an appearance on the co-branded J.S.B. insole on the left foot while Reebok stands alone on the right. Rounding out the look is the white Hexalite cushioned midsole and grey rubber outsole.
The J.S.B. x atmos x Reebok Instapump Fury OG is set to release on May 14th, 2022 through atmos Japan, and verticalgarage.com. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at ¥19,800 (Approx $152 USD).
