KAWS is kicking off 2022 strong with KAWS:HOLIDAY CHANGBAI MOUNTAIN dropping this week and an official The North Face collaboration on the way.
First teased by KAWS earlier this week, the KAWS x The North Face collection has finally been revealed. The full collection consists of men's, women's and youth apparel including Mountain, Retro Nupste and Fleece jackets, as well as pants, hats, balaclavas and bags. Blending performance and artistry, the collection has a wide array of colors and patterns. Most notably, the two brands lean into colorful colorblocked camo in an effort for the wearer to blend in while standing out. KAWS signature "XX" adorns items throughout the collection giving it that unique KAWS flair. Items in the collection start at $55 and go up to $550.
The KAWS x The North Face "KAWS:XX" collection will release in phases, with the first one kicking off on January 7th, 2022 via an official mini program and at 82 retail stores in Asia. A US release is scheduled for North Face XPLR Pass members on February 17th, 2022. We suggest signing up for XPLR and keeping an eye on your region's TNF site for more release updates.
UPDATE 1/10/2022: In addition to The North Face's site, the KAWS x The North Face collaboration will also be releasing via select retailers like Atmos USA. Stay tuned for a full list of stockists and everywhere you can cop the "KAWS:XX" capsule.
