Kerwin Frost, a notable figure in the streetwear scene and co-founder of the Spaghetti Boys is known for his unique collaborations and creative ventures. His latest partnership with McDonald's is set to bring a whimsical twist to footwear with the launch of the Kerwin Frost x McDonald's Fry Guy Clogs. This collaboration is a nod to the nostalgic McDonald's Fry Kids characters from the '70s and '80s, blending iconic brand imagery with Frost's distinctive design approach. Previously, we saw Frost team up with adidas to bring wild takes on the adidas Forum Hi and Superstar.
Featuring a whimsical and visually striking design, Kerwin Frosts’ Fry Guy Clogs are crafted to resemble the Fry Kids characters, with a blue, fluffy-like exterior that captures their playful essence. The design incorporates elements of the characters, with eyes and eyebrows adorning the forefoot, adding a touch of fun to the overall aesthetic. The famous McDonald's Golden Arches appear on the heel, symbolizing the collaboration between Frost and the fast-food chain. Comfort is a crucial feature of these clogs, with EVA foam providing cushioning and support. The footbed showcases dual layers of foam for extra comfort and includes Kerwin Frost branding. The outsole, adorned with the Golden Arches traction pattern, also features Frost's name.
The Kerwin Frost x McDonald's Fry Guy Clogs will release on December 11, 2023, exclusively through Kerwin Frost's website. Available in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $120. Stay tuned for this one-of-a-kind release and more by downloading the Sole Retriever mobile app.
