Saucony’s stock in the world of hype footwear continues to reach new heights. Jae Tips launched his latest collection with the brand, taking over two different colorways of the ProGrid Omni 9. Griselda’s Westside Gunn has just announced he will work with the brand on multiple sneakers next year. Other collaborators that have made a mark for Saucony include Minted NY. The running-focused fashion label previously worked on the ProGrid Triumph 4 model, but now, Minted NY looks to the performance side of things with a collaborative Endorphin Speed 4 colorway.
The silhouette comes coated in a minted blue hue, landing on the mesh base, TPU film, and sole unit. Accenting shades of white land on the large Saucony logo along the midfoot, the Minted New York logo on the lateral heel, and stitching details near the lacing setup. More branding for Minted NY is located on the tongue, lace aglets, and heel. Inside, the model has a custom insole depicting a running route around NYC. Underfoot, the model comes with Saucony’s PWRRUB PB foam, which has the same blue hue as the upper, and SPEEDROLL technology for smooth turnover and propulsive forward motion.
The Minted NY x Saucony Endorphin Speed 4 will release on November 1, 2024, via a pop-up event hosted by Minted NY in New York City. A second release will follow via Minted's website on November 7, followed by a global release via Saucony and select retailers on November 14. Available in unisex sizing, retail is set at $170.
