Before the extremely viral Big Red Boot and its successors, the Big Yellow Boot and Big Black Boot, MSCHF experimented with an AF1-like silhouette dubbed the Super Normal. With the model being too close to the Nike design, the Super Normal 2 introduced slight changes to differentiate itself. Now, a brand-new colorway crafted initially for friends and family will be released — the MSCHF Super Normal 2 Raspberry Lemonade.
This edition of the Super Normal 2 comes adorned in an all-over yellow leather finish. The naming scheme is further exemplified by the contrast stitching in a vibrant pink hue, complementing the lace set, tongue tag, and the MSCHF branding on the sole. The left sneaker is marked with "Friends and Family" text on the label, while the other tag reads MSCHF. A yellow rubber midsole contrasts brilliantly with a pink rubber outsole to complete the playful design.
The MSCHF Super Normal 2 Raspberry Lemonade will release July 18, 2023, through the MSCHF Sneakers App. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $145.
