This summer, Reebok is collaborating with NASA to create a collection of footwear and apparel that captures the essence of space exploration and vintage design. The collaboration blends historic innovation with Reebok's most advanced footwear technologies.
Reebok’s NASA-inspired collection features six distinct sneaker models, each designed to evoke the spirit of space exploration. The Reebok BB4000 II has a synthetic and textile upper, padded details, an asymmetrical translucent overlay on the vamp, a 3-D molded heel counter, and prominent NASA branding on the exposed tongue. The Reebok FloatZig 1, known for its bouncy running performance, features a similar synthetic textile upper, a tech-inspired speed lacing system, matte silver overlays, and a printed graphic on the vamp.
The Reebok Club C Zip offers a twist on the classic court sneaker with a utility-inspired zipper closure, custom graphics on the tongue, a textile upper, and a distressed midsole treatment. Another standout is the Reebok Instapump Fury 94, which includes an aged upper treatment, signature NASA branding on the tongue, and printed graphic details on the midsole.
For training, the Reebok Nano UNKNWN is Reebok’s new high-cut training shoe, featuring matte silver side stripes and branding on the exposed tongue. Lastly, the Reebok Classic Leather Hexalite is redesigned for her with visible Hexalite honeycomb cushioning, a utility-inspired zipper closure, custom graphics on the tongue, and a distressed midsole treatment.
Additional NASA-inspired footwear includes the Royal BB4500 HI, Court Advance, Glide, Club C Kids, Classic Leather Kids, and Zig Dynamica 2.0 Kids. The collection also offers a head-to-toe apparel range featuring items like the Pump T-Shirt, Moon T-Shirt, Pump Hoodie, Vector Track Jacket, Graphic Short, and Jogger.
The NASA x Reebok Collection will release on July 31, 2024, through Reebok and select retailers online and in-store. Retail prices range between $60 and $200, depending on the sneaker.
