National Geographic and adidas have collaborated to create a unique pack of trail-ready sneakers. The National Geographic x adidas Terrex Swift R3 GTX Pack features two colorways, one for men and one for women, designed to withstand harsh outdoor conditions while representing National Geographic's commitment to environmental sustainability.
The men's colorway comes in a combination of silver violet, equipment yellow, grey, black, and white. The upper features overlays along the mudguard, Three Stripes, and eyestays which appear in silver violet, while grey takes over the toebox and tongue. The rear half of the upper is black with Gore-Tex branding, and the National Geographic logo can be found on the tongue tag. Underfoot sits a white midsole paired with a trail-ready rubber outsole with a camo-like finish.
On the other hand, the women's pair of the National Geographic x adidas Terrex Swift R3 GTX features creamy hues on most of the sneaker, including the mudguard, collar, and heel. The sockliner, Three Stripes, and eyelets are dressed in silver violet, and the midfoot and toebox are doused in a tannish shade. Like the men's version, the women's pair features a white midsole and a tie-dye trail-ready rubber outsole. Branding details on the men’s pair can also be found in the exact location on this women’s exclusive colorway.
The National Geographic x adidas Terrex Swift R3 GTX Pack is set to release on April 28th, 2023 through adidas and select retailers online and in-store. Releasing in men’s and women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
