What has become a monthly occurrence, yet another colorway in the New Balance Made in USA by Teddy Santis Collection emerges. While we already have official looks at the "Navy Castlerock" 990v2 and 990v3, the ALD founder is dressing another 990v2 in a patriotic-esque red, white, and blue color scheme dubbed "Navy Sea Salt."
Made In USA constructions equal premium build quality and materials, as seen with the pigskin suede and mesh throughout the upper. Navy lands on the mudguard and heel overlay while white shades appear on the mesh underlay, midfoot and collar overlays, and finally on the tongue and lace combo. Bursts of red make their way to the branding details atop the tongue, heel, and along the midfoot with the infamous “N” logo. Retro NB branding comes via the black insole while sockliner accents this in a stark white shade. Rounding out the look is the cream Abzorb cushioned midsole paired with a two-tone navy and black rubber outsole.
The New Balance 990v2 Made in USA by Teddy Santis Navy Sea Salt is set to release on August 25th, 2022 through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in men’s sizing, the retail price is set at $195.
