New Balance is gearing up to release another colorway of its innovative Warped Runner. Officially unveiled at Paris Fashion Week via Auralee’s runway show, the futuristic model nods to the Yeezy aesthetic, specifically the 700 V3, and was shown in monochromatic builds. A “Black Blue” colorway has emerged following our retailer images of the “Tan” rendition.
The New Balance Warped Runner "Black Blue" stands out with its underlay constructed from black mesh, setting the stage for striking blue suede overlays adorning the toe, midfoot, eyestays, and heel. The dark theme is sustained with matching black laces, while the brand's iconic "N" logo at the midfoot is given a stark white finish. The sockliner also sports a clean white hue, providing an attractive contrast. Further enhancing its visual appeal and comfort, the sneaker boasts a chunky FuelCell-cushioned foam midsole in a two-tone grey finish. A black and grey wavy rubber outsole serves as the finishing touch to this design.
The New Balance Warped Runner Black Blue will release October 18, 2023 through New Balance and select retailers online and in-store. Available in unisex sizing, the retail price is set at $150.
