Just in case you didn't already know, the Air Cross Trainer 3 Low is set to make a pretty major comeback. After checking out the "Hot Lava" and "Volt" earlier this season, another colorway has now been revealed in the form of the Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low "Starfish." Giving us serious "Shattered Backboard" vibes, if you didn't manage to secure these back in the early '90s, now's your chance.
Featuring a full leather construction that's soft and smooth to the touch, this Air Cross Trainer 3 Low works on top of a starfish orange base and is overlaid by crisp white panels throughout. Borrowing elements from Bo Jackson's world-famous Air Trainer SC, this model boasts the same toebox perforations, zig-zag lacing system, and chunky tongue. A tumbled black Swoosh shoots across the lateral and medial sidewalls, and underfoot, you'll find an Air-infused midsole that has been engineered for everyday wear. To round it all off, the ACT3's signature triangular badge makes a cameo around the heel, complete with stitched "Nike Air" branding, finalizing the design.
The Nike Air Cross Trainer 3 Low Starfish is set to release sometime in Summer 2023. It'll drop in men's sizes with a retail price of $125. Expected to launch at Nike, the SNKRS app, and select retailers worldwide, more colorways are going to be announced very soon, so make sure you follow Sole Retriever on Twitter and download our officialMobile App to find out everything that you need to know.
