Nike Air Foamposite One Bronze Cough Drop Sample Appears Online
Published
Fans of the Nike Foamposite can rejoice as the silhouette is once again receiving the love it deserves from Nike and sneakerheads worldwide. Hit colorways, both retro releases and new takes, have been flooding the market over the last few years, including the revival of the Galaxy, Metallic Copper, and Triple White, as well as the rumor of a retro of the Cough Drop colorway in Fall 2025. However, before this purported retro-release of the Cough Drops, images of a Bronze Cough Drop sample appeared online.
The Foamposite material on this colorway comes coated in a light grey-ish steel bronze colorway, contrasting the stark black used on the nubuck paneling around the upper edge. Just like the Cough Drop colorway, this pair has pops of red on the mini Swoosh near the toe, the Penny Hardaway 1 Cent logo on the tongue and heel, the sockliner, and the stitching of the pull tabs on the tongue and heel. Underfoot sits a semi-translucent rubber outsole in the same red hue used on the rest of the upper and a black carbon fiber shank on the midfoot.
Unfortunately, this sample Bronze Cough Drop Foamposite will likely not be released as it dates back nearly 15 years.
