While silhouettes like the Air Force 1 and Air Jordan 1 were completely dominating the US sneaker scene back in the '90s, over on the other side of the globr, the Air Footscape was king. Deeply loved by fashion icons such as Hiroshi Fujiwara, Japanese streetwear fans were totally besotted by the anatomically-inspired silhouette, and when the hype eventually made its way to the Western world, absolutely everyone wanted a pair in their collections. After a brief hiatus the model has been revealed in a Nike Air Footscape Woven "Giraffe" colorway, and here's everything that you need to know.
One of the most unique colorways that the Air Footscape Woven has ever been blessed with, this pair features woven textile elements with premium leather details throughout. A hairy texture covers the upper complete with a brown and white Giraffe print that's unique to each shoe, and the asymmetrical lacing system adds a visual twist that's unlike anything else out there. Underfoot, the Footscape midsole is dipped in a crisp sail hue. This unit has been specifically designed to conform with the shape of your foot, making this the perfect sneaker for both the runway and the walkway.
