The reintroduction of this model is timely, as retro and vintage-inspired sneakers continue to dominate the fashion landscape. For its latest iteration, Nike presents the Air Footscape Woven in a new earthy Sesame colorway, perfect for summer.
The Nike Air Footscape Woven Sesame features a knit base completely drenched in the titular sesame hue. This warm, neutral color is complemented by various materials, including suede and textiles, which enhance the woven knit upper. The sneaker's hallmark basket weave construction runs across the profile towards the heel, providing visual interest and structural support.
White accents are strategically placed to pop against the sesame backdrop, with Nike branding prominently displayed on the tongue, heel, and insole. To complete the design, the Air Footscape Woven Sesame sits atop a white foam midsole, offering cushioning and comfort. The midsole is paired with a sesame-colored rubber outsole, which ensures durability and traction.
The Nike Air Footscape Woven Sesame W will release on June 1, 2024, through Nike and select retailers online and in-store. Coming in women’s sizing, the retail price is set at $160.
